I moved out after Winter Semester, so it has been a few months, and still whenever I think about LIberty Square Management, I start to get so angry! I have never been treated so horribly in my entire life. Management is completely unethical, and do all they can to get money through dishonest means. I feel confident that as soon as BYU hears about what has been happening, it could definitely be taken off of the 'Approved Housing List,' because it truly is that big of a scam. I would strongly encourage you to find somewhere else to live. It will save you hundreds of dollars, and a lot of frustration. ...

I thought the price was a little too high for an average apartment, the location was great - and it was a definite on the great social experience. I personally had a positive experience with management. I know that seems crazy due to most of the reviews on here, but honest - it wasn't the bad experience I heard it would be. And parking here is tight, like compact spaces tight, but when living here in the summer you have you pick of anywhere so it wasn't a big deal, it may be come fall time. So, to sum up my opinion of Liberty Square, I will use the words unethical and unprofessional. Dealing with management makes you laugh, but not in a good way. Honestly I would not write this if I did not feel so strongly about this. DO NOT CHOOSE LIBERTY SQUARE. For the students reading this, trust me on this one, and if you dont trust me, read the other opinions of this place. You do not want to live here. For the parents reading this, do not make your children deal with such horrible management. They will treat both you and your children with NO RESPECT at all. I don't think I can truly help you understand how awful this place is. I can deal with living in less than pleasant places. I can't deal with living in mold and filth for $350 a month. I really wish there was a way to rate management a 0 on this. Giving management a 1 out of 5 seems a little too generous. Hopefully if you are looking at this you believe me on how bad it is. I have felt cheated many times here at Liberty Square. All they care about is squeezing every dollar they can out of the new students they get each new semester. DO NOT BE ANOTHER STUDENT THAT JUST DEALS WITH THE HIGH RENT AND EXTRA FINES JUST BECAUSE IT IS NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL.... IT IS. I have seen and heard of extremely and blatantly dishonest business dealings in my life, and the things Liberty Square Management do definitely rank in the worst that I have seen. found this place quite livable. my apartment was nice, so were my roommates. I liked having a fitness center open all the time and I found rent to be reasonable. I never had to deal with some of these "fees" everyone else commented on, when I failed my cleaning check the manager helped me out with the problem and we got it taken care of. anyways I'll recommend it to family. I was happy with my cleaning check, I passed!!! And I didn't mind management, I never really had to deal with them because everything could be done online, but I'd live here again. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11.
