King Henry is great if you drive a mini cooper that fits into the very cramped parking spaces. The managing office is greedy and will charge you for little things. The people in the office are hard to work with, and overall I did not enjoy living here. It is way overpriced for the condition that the apartment is in. I rented from winter 10 through winter 10. ...

I lived at King Henry for nearly 3 years and had a very positive experience overall. I lived in a private bedroom unit. Maintenance was very responsive--usually fixing any work orders I had on that same day. The grounds of King Henry offer open space not available anywhere else in Provo. It's really like living around your own private little park, which was a real plus for me. I could play pick-up football or sand volleyball just by walking out my front door. Yes, it was expensive compared to other student housing options, but you get what you pay for and I felt like I got my money's worth every month from King Henry. I could have saved some money by going for a shared bedroom in some poorly maintained place with no amenities, but this wasn't the college housing experience I was looking for. Overall, King Henry provided me with consistent quality and a fun set of college memories; I recommend them without hesitation.‎ I rented from fall '02 through winter '05. ...

if you're an exceptionally good looking person, you'll most likely enjoy the social life there. if you're above average or average, that may not be the case. the people there were generally shallow. the parking in the summer is fine. cleaning check standards are extraordinarily high. they really want to take your money by failing you. I rented from spring '08 through summer '09. ...

I only lived at king henry one semester and that was enough. Everyone claimed it was the most social place on earth but thats a lie. True to its claim, social life could be found, but only if you met certain criteria. Dont think that I am some big loser who is bitter because I didnt date or have fun. On the contrary, I had awesome roommates and friends there. We were social and had a blast. BUT the whole time I felt like it was a competition and a fashion show. Its the EXACT same thing as high school. Except, high school was more fun than this. The guys are all looking for a one night stand, and the girls are all willing to give just that. So if you want easy girls, and sleazy guys live there. Internet SUCKED! You shell out money for something that never works. HATED the management. Idiots. At the time I lived there, some of the management were previous king henry tenants (I dont know if thats changed), which says alot about their IQ level. The PARKING IS NON-EXISTENT. An the few spots that they have will only fit a motor-cycle. The apartments themselves are WAY OVER-PRICED. Belmont is just down the street, big and way nicer, and about $50-75, cheaper a month. (Im not saying to live there Im just saying price wise its a far better deal). You live in the room the size of a closet and share 1 bathroom with 6 girls. I would NOT recommend living there. I rented from winter '07 through winter '07. ...

Yeah, it's social... if you want to hang out with a bunch of fake people in cliques that act like they are still in high school. No offense, but it was super "zoobie" and irritating, especially at 2 in the morning when some people are actually trying to sleep or study. The bishop was AMAZING, but the ward was friendly only when it was convenient. It's full of desperate RMs and mostly freshmen girls. If you aren't interested in dating the opposite sex will pretty much ignore you. I wouldn't recommend it. I'm spending $300 dollars PLUS utilities for a shared room. The kitchen is nice and the furniture is of high quality, but the internet SUCKS. Hardcore. I got screwed with being unable to take online quizzes or submit papers electronically because the internet would randomly suck. It's not wireless, either, unless you want to shell out the cash to buy your own router. Overall, very poor. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who actually wants to be a student. If you want to meet a ton of shrill girls and bro boys, move in here. I'm totally selling my contract and moving elsewhere. I rented from fall '08 through fall '08. ...

The main reason why my roomies and I were convinced to come here was because of the "amazing social scene." This seems to be King Henry's slogan or something. In reality, the social scene is just like any other place's. It's a nice, clean, friendly place, but that doesn't excuse the small rooms and high prices. Oh, and for the record, their Internet craps out about once a week, for two to three days at a time. They pretty much lied to us when we were considering moving in by saying that they did have problems in the past, but they were all fixed now since they switched from wireless to wall plugs. Guess what: it's not fixed. At all. I rented from fall '08 through fall '08. ...

Absolutely no parking whatsoever and you will get booted regardless and management wont help you with that. For the amount you pay you dont get the same in living space. However, they have awesome events and there is always something going on there. i seemed to get along with management but overall i probably would never live there again but i'll go to hang out. Parking is HORRIBLE! I rented from winter '07 through spring '07. ...

King Henry is alright, but definately not my first choice. Management is always trying to steal any money they can from you plus walking 20 min in the snow isn't my cup of tea. I rented from winter '08 through winter '08.

the price for rent isnt bad at all, but then you have to pay for a parking pass that is pointless because you cant park anytime, plus internet which you have to pay over $100 so you are pretty much forced to buy a router. Cool people in the wards, except if you date anyone that DOESNT live at King Henry you are super screwed since they cant pick you up or drop you off because they cant park on the street or the parking lot because they will get a ticket. Laundry is pricey but its never really busy. It takes at least 20 minutes to get to school walking super fast. Management is so so. People in the apartments pay the same rent, doesnt matter if you have a tiny room or huge so it sucks. The management doesnt look at what room you signed for in yoru contract so if you sign for the big one you can easily get the smallest and pay the same amount. Overall, cool people, way too far away unless you go to Paul Mitchel, absolutely no parking- this is not exagerated- NO parking, rooms are ridiculously tiny-a bunk bed and only room for one desk, kitchen is a good size though. WAY too much money for for such a small place, no parking, no internet, and then you pretty much have to buy a bus pass. Its not worth it I rented from fall '07 through winter '08. ...

During the summer King Henry is super social and fun but once the summer is gone everyting sucks. Like everyone said, INTERNET is non-existent and parking horrible during the fall. If you try parking on the street you can get a ticket, your guests get booted and towed if they are parked past 11:00. MaNaGeMeNt is a HUGE JOKE!!! They don't do crap and either does maintenece. And worst of all the apartments are disgusting looking and they overprice them so badly!! The kicthen is tiny, bedrooms as well, etc etc. Trust me!!! You do not want to pay $330 a month plus internet $20 plus gas and utilities $30 and a parking ticket, laundry is expensive and the bedrooms ARE TINY!!!! Don;t live here unless you don't have expectations!! I rented from spring '07 through winter '08. ...

If you like living 6 people to an apartment with ONE bathroom, then go ahead and live here. You can tell everything has been painted over white a million times. They honestly try and get the most money out of you possible. They CHARGED me after I left because I didn't hang up the NEW shower curatin I bought for them, because they were going to charge me for having to "clean" the old one (when we moved in we didn't get a new shower curtain, it was already dirty.) Internet BLOWS. you got to pay at least like $20-30 for anything that remotely resembles true broadband, they choke it. Oh yea, on top of all this, the parking is horrendous. If you got home after 9pm then all the spots were gone. They CHARGE you for a parking pass and then say "oh, it only allows you to park here, doesn't guarantee a spot." Wow. Only live here if you get a killer deal, because they'll milk the regular price out of you anyways. I rented from winter '07 through spring '07. ...

I hate this place. The only good thing about this is place is the social scene but King Henry does nothing to aid it. They overcharge and the internet never works and it is just an awful place to live I rented from fall '06 through winter '07.

Nice place, but in the private bedrooms, there is barely enough space to turn around. Way too much $$ for the space. Good social seen, but A LOT of snotty girls. I rented from summer '03 through winter '04.
