This is a great apartment complex especially for the social aspect! If you want to meet friends and enjoy the off campus experience, this is the place to live. However, the price for housing is a little too expensive for the quality and space that you get. I rented from fall 2015 through fall 2016. ...

Parking is bad. They over sell parking passes so if you get home late you have nowhere to park. But the grounds and social scene are awesome I rented from fall 2015 through winter 2016.

The people are really cool, although the dance parties the neighbors throw at 9 pm Monday nights are pretty obnoxious... and parking is a nightmare. I rented from fall 2015 through winter 2016.

Would recommend to a friend because I have loved living here although there are better apartments out there for the price, the social scene makes up for it. Great place! I rented from fall 2016 through fall 2016.

I love living at King Henry! The apartment I'm in is clean and well maintained. The grounds are well taken care of, and I love being able to go right outside my door to play basketball, volleyball, or spike ball. It's hard to find a parking spot after 11:00, and the parking spaces are really tight. I've already had someone back into one of the my tail lights and broke it. They didn't leave a note either, which is unfortunate. Overall, I enjoy where I live and would recommend it. I rented from fall 2016 through fall 2016. ...

I have lived at king Henry for over a year now and I love it! I have made more friends living here then at any other apartment complex. The amenities are incredible and it's everyone's favorite hang out spot. I rented from fall 2015 through fall 2016.

Great social environment. Was pretty dirty when I got there, and I told the management about it, they said they'd take care of it, but they didn't do anything about it and later told me to clean it myself I rented from fall 2016 through fall 2016.

I loved my stay at King Henry. The staff and wards were awesome! They were always quick with any maintenance problems. Parking has been a bit of a struggle, but I don't think it's any worse than anywhere else being so close to campus. I love that they have The Ryde stop so that I don't have to fight parking on campus a half a mile up the road. Overall, I loved my stay here and made a lot of great friends. I'd recommend it! Do NOT live in the 6 person apartments. Too small for 6 people. Wards were pretty good, but it's very far from campus. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11.

Seriously, don't live here. It's way too expensive for what it actually is-cheesy, run down apartments. I have never hated living somewhere so much in my life. You pay for a parking ticket, but you can never find parking. I just park on the streets, and when I'm lucky enough to find parking, the parking spaces are SO SMALL that my car gets dented. I'm not exaggerating. If you have a nice car, don't bother buying a parking ticket and count on parking in the streets. Also, the apartments are old and give a gloomy feeling. I HATE being at my apartment. The staff is nice. But overall King Henry SUCKS! I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...
