I have lived at Hillcrest fir about four months now. It is a great location and has everything you would need plus more! From the spacious apartment, to the pool, and computers in the clubhouse. I would highly recommend living here! -Paige H

Hillcrest is a great place to live! It is the perfect blend of the dorms and a house. You don't have to worry about mowing the lawn, shoveling snow, or fixing any issues wrong with the apartment like you would in a house. However, it is much more space than the dorms. Hillcrest is a great place to live. I love the rooms, the clubhouse that has computers, pool, tanning, and a decent weight room. You get to use all that with your rate here at Hillcrest. There are many things to do at the clubhouse with the management putting on different activities. They just put in a disc golf course around the campus as well. ...

I just moved into Hillcrest in September after accepting a full-time job offer. Nicole was very welcoming and took me in at Hillcrest. I instantly loved it from the day I visited because I enjoyed the layout of the apartment- it had a large closet big enough to fit my clothes obsession, there is a washer and dryer in each apartment, so you won't have to pay $2.50 or more to do a load of laundry. I had a roommate conflict when I first moved in and Nicole worked with me to get the problem solved. I ended up finding two roommates that I get along much better with and can laugh with. I love being close to the UNI campus and my church and the rent is a decent price. There is a computer lab, fitness center, basketball and volleyball courts, which I use a lot. Nicole and her staff are very friendly and helpful- there is even activities and events like grocery bingo that residents can participate in, which allows you to meet more people and have something fun to do. I have resigned my lease and I would highly recommend Hillcrest Park Apartments if you have lived in the dorms and are ready to be semi-on your own. :) Sometimes, it can get noisy depending on what your neighbors or those above you are up to, but overall it is very quiet and easy to study here. There is also a clubhouse, where you can hold meetings and find a quiet place to study. When it snows, they will plow the parking lots and will give you notice prior to. This is nice because there won't be snow piles and limited parking. ...

The rent at Hillcrest is such a good deal especially if you are renewing it for the next year! There are always so many fun events going on and drawings for prizes. The apartments are very clean and have quite a bit of room. Another plus is that there is free tanning, pool and gym. All around great apartment to live in! ...

Hillcrest Apartment is a great place to live! The apartment themselves are very roomie and they feel like home. It all student based living, so it's easy to make friend living around you. The club house offers a lot like printing, tanning, fitness room, and study areas. It also has a pool open during the summer. The owners are very nice and do fun things to get you involved. The only complaint is the location from campus. Walking to class in the winter time is not an option. ...

Absolutely love it here at Hillcrest! Any apartment can have problems, but when our dryer broke down, the maintenance crew came right away to fix it with no questions asked. Our neighbors are great, there are random events in the clubhouse throughout the month to keep you busy and often there are free things involved! This is definitely the most band for your buck: pool, basketball/volleyball, gym, disc golf, decent sized complex to meet people at, tanning, and more! ...

I moved into Hillcrest right after High School for my first year at UNI. I wanted my own space (no sharing bedrooms), and I have made plenty of friends. Hillcrest has fun and outgoing people. It is a better price than the dorms. I have lived here two years, but might move to a house next year. I think a house might be a better fit for me.
