December will be my 2 year mark living at Hillcrest! It is nice because it is all students living here. The campus bus comes out and you can ride it for free thanks to UNI Student government! There is free printing at the office along with a fitness room, pool, free tanning, and more! They also like to have events for everyone, anything from treats to BINGO! I have not had a problem with anything, such as rent payments. If we have a maintenance problem they are over to fix it in no time! Over all a great place to live while attending UNI! I rented from winter 2015 through fall 2015. ...

I love living at Hillcrest! The apartments are very homey and it is a very friendly atmosphere. It is the perfect place to live when transitioning from the dorms to living more independently...AND THEY ALLOW CATS!! :') Trying to find a parking space near your apartment is a nightmare, it'd be nice if they had designated spaces or something! Hillcrest is a great place to live as a student! The free printing in the clubhouse is great for your last minute printing before class. The apartments are spacious and have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. Such a great place to live, definitely recommend it! I love living at Hillcrest! They have great apartments and great amenities. There is free tanning, a swimming pool, a basketball court, and free printing. The maintenance staff is also outstanding if you put in a request it is typically fixed the next day. Hillcrest is high quality and I would recommend living here to anyone! I love living at Hillcrest! The rent is a great price for all the amenities you receive. The club house is one of my favorite things about Hillcrest. The club house provides free printing and internet access, fitness gym, pool tables, tanning, outdoor basketball court and swimming pool, a lounge area with TVs, and lastly, an amazing staff. The staff is very helpful and they put on fun activities in the club house that often include free food, prizes, and meeting new people. Hillcrest is great! Nothing better than living right next to your friends and being so close to campus! The amenities they offer are great too, free printing, tanning, pool and gym! Hillcrest Park Apartments give you the most bang for your buck!! After first moving in in 2014, there were multiple things that went wrong with our appliances. We got those all looked at and even replaced for no charge at all! It's nice that they have a great maintenance crew available each day when something isn't working! Great clubhouse with computers, a game room, weightroom, pool, volleyball, basketball, and frisbee golf too! Very affordable with rates starting at $355 and the Utility package is only around $35 to $45 a month! (split between 4) If you are a student at UNI, live here!! Hillcrest has so many amenities that make it worth the extra distance to classes at UNI. Free tanning, computer and printing use, fitness center, pool tables.... so much more! I absolutely love living here. I even sought out other apartments or houses to live in for my senior year but Hillcrest has the best deals. You seriously cannot beat $360 a month for everything you get from Hillcrest. There is a reason I have lived here for going on three years (Summer 2014-Spring 2017...just renewed my lease!) I love living at Hillcrest. The apartments are very nice and the club house has a lot of great resources such as a fitness center, free tanning, printing, and more. The Panther shuttle is a great resource because it runs every 30 minutes and has many different stops on UNI's campus. My favorite thing about Hillcrest is the friendly college environment and all of the activities the club house puts on for residents.
