My experience at the ridge has been very average. I have had some problems with my apartment but overall I like it here. It is in a safe area and not to far from campus. The Ridge also has a bus system that can take students to different campuses for classes which makes it less stressful for me about trying to afford a parking pass. ...

The Ridge is a great choice for students seeking a place to live that's off-campus but still close enough to walk to campus if necessary (there is also a reliable shuttle service). Benefits to living there have included the location- it's close to stores, restaurants, and the Medical campus; the price- it's the cheapest of the main apartment complexes around Morgantown (my first year was only $300); and it's apartments come fully furnished- with a bed, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/stove, couch, chairs, etc.). Be aware however that maintenance requests can take forever to fill if they're not serious, and the shuttle only gets to stops every hour. ...
