I rented from fall 2016 through spring 2017.

The common areas are not kept clean. The hallway and laundromat are filthy. The air filters in the apartments are black. I rented from winter 2017 through winter 2017.

We all loved living here, it's close to campus, safe, you can park right in front, and maintenance/office staff are not a problem. The three of us received most of our deposits back. I rented from spring '07 through spring '09.
