I've been living at Royal Oaks at Pea Ridge for 4 months. These apartments are perfect for anyone looking for a quiet, clean, well maintained place to live. There are apartments that are one bedroom and two bedrooms, it just depends on what you are looking for. Since I have lived here the owner has done what he can to make sure our roads were clear when the ice storm hit. And there is always some sort of updating going on. Currently the stairwell is being painted in my building. The owner is always available for anyone who needs anything. This is a great place to live that I recommended it to one of my friends.
