This business is a fraud.

Absolutely the worst place to live for the money you pay. From day 1 there has been problems. The ceiling leaked whenever it rained, the blinds just fell off of the window with no one touching it, there was a carbon monoxide leak that literally almost killed me, you call for maintence but they wont show up until a month later if that,the frat houses across the street are partying every other night, and the manager dosn't give a crap about the tenants. The absolute worst place to live! It was worse the the dorms. The service in the office was horrible, the managers are complete idiots. I rented from pyramid properties at first and then they sold it to the village on 6th. Although its a nice location on campus, for the money it could be nicer. I would try to avoid!!
