Former Resident

Do not rent from these people. The building at 611 N. 20th is a terribly constructed building. If you like noise, this is the place for you. I lived there for 2 years and can't the number of times I've had to complain to management about the noise and nothing was ever done. Also, I complained about the stench coming from the dryers and was told it was 'impossible' to rectify. They also raised my rent in retaliation for making complaints. Find a better place to live. ...
