I rented from summer '06 through summer '07.

Renting at Sunrise Heights has been my worst experience ever. Work orders were never taken care of. I had to live in my apartment in the heat of the summer without any window screens. It got so hot in my place I had to leave the windows open, and I routinely woke up covered in bug bites. Put in 4 different work orders and they were never taken care of. Each time I would go back and put in a new work order for the screens management denied the fact that I put in previous work orders. The last work order I put in the management looked me right in the eyes and said, ?I will have somebody fix this either today or tomorrow, you have my word." Well needless to say this never happened. Over my one and a half years of residency the pool was never open yet they continued to use the pool as a selling point. The hallways were always filthy and smelly probably because they were never cleaned. Now that I finally got out of that dump management refuses to return my security deposit even though I have a form saying there was no damage. The form says right on it "refund amount = $290." They refuse to give me the correct amount. I guess I have to get a lawyer! I do not recommend this place to anybody. One last thing this is not a safe place. I woke up several times in the middle to the night by couples screaming at one another. I woke up one night by the cops breaking into the apartment below me and arresting the guy. There is also a lot so drug dealing going on throughout the complex also. I rented from fall '04 through summer '06. ...
