GREAT LANDLORD. GREAT NEIGHBORS. QUIET BUILDING. I rented from winter '01 through fall '08.

This building is located in the city of Fitchburg but with a Madison address. Has excellent bus service to campus but the landlord, Jeff Folgert, is bad. No screening of renters. No maintenance. Halls are unsafe as he rents to people with mental issues and criminal backgrounds. Building is next door to drug houses and there have been two shootings. Parking lot is dark and unsafe and he does not plow the snow. Folgert renews the leases of problem renters. Folgert only cares about the rent being paid each month. Do no rent from this landlord. I rented from fall '06 through summer '07. ...
