Biggest perks were that it is pet friendly and right next to a bus line. The location was quiet and next to a hospital so I felt very safe. It was well away from downtown so there weren't drunk people all over on the weekends. The interior was okay, a bit outdated but certainly livable. Never saw a cockroach or mouse. Also liked that the rooms were spread apart so you felt like you had privacy. It was fairly small, the two bedroom ones but enough to get by easily. One thing that sucked was the washer/dryer were coin operated instead of with card, each one cost $1.25. Overall, would recommend if you're a current student. ...
