I lived in this complex for 5 years. Anytime I had any sort of maintenance issue it was taken care of almost immediately. A lot of preventative maintenance was also performed (new dishwasher, waterheater, cabinets, etc). The owners obviously care about this complex a lot. For the most part its very quiet. South side buildings overlook Joe's gardens and Chuckanut Mountain. Excellent setup for college students looking for a nice apartment where they can study and have all the amenities of home. Never had a problem with the landlord, onsite manager, or maintenance. Parking for the most part is no problem, every once in a great while my spot would be taken but usually the person was out of there pretty quick. Direct access to Inter-Urban trail system behind complex and on the 105 bus route. Structure was not cheaply built so there is actually insulation between the apartments so you don't hear your neaighbors like in many cheap and newer complexes. Price is excellent for what you get!
