Rents are too high for the age and condition of units. Manager is very unfriendly, rude, also not very good at her job. On site maintence is questionable, I think the manager fired this one too. No pool, no rec room, no play area. Large rent increases yearly. Don't recommend to any one. I still have to live here so no personal info. ...

Keep Looking!!!! The apartment manager is awful!!! My car got stolen from this apartment and the apartment flooded and I had to wait five days to get my carpets cleaned. The carpet people wanted to replace the carpets because of mold issues but the manager just wanted them cleaned..gross..and I got charged for the cleaning when I moved out a week later!!!!! No matter what you do you will not get your deposit back....the apartment looked great when I moved out and I still got charged overinflated cleaning prices that, surprisingly, ate up all of my deposit. Trust me keep looking! I rented from spring '07 through spring '08. ...
