They do not care about your wellbeing at all. They push being about family and being a family community. When I asked to have someone take over my lease because my dad has a brain tumor and I need to move 2000 miles away to care for him, they hit me back with needing to pay 2X the rent, plus the “ free” month $1725 from when I first moved in and the $50 “ waived” application fee. Finding someone to take over is not allowed. They have zero empathy and are all about money. On top of that it’s an active construction zone and the neighbors are all loud- I guess if you like screaming children and howling dogs with the background construction noise 24/7, that would make the $1740 price tag for a tiny one bedroom apartment worth it. ...
