I share a 2 bed 1 bath with my boyfriend and his brother. We moved here in April 08 and will be staying till Jan 09. Very little parking. Kind of ghetto. Never had a problem with neighbors except parking. There aren't really mirrored closets or accent walls like it says in the brochure. Our carpets were stained when we moved in. Our garbage disposal broke twice. Our bathroom sink as well as our neighbors makes a high pitched screech when the cold water is turned on. Other than that, everything else is fine. Management has always answered our questions, although we haven't asked much of them. I rented from winter '07 through winter '08. ...
