Current Resident

The apartment has a couple quirks (the radiator clangs, there's no fan in the bathroom, the floors are creaky) but overall it's cute, clean, and up to date. There's lots of storage which is really nice. People here keep to themselves but are polite and I rarely hear my neighbors. The Ave isn't the best place to live but I think the building is quite safe. ...
