You will be sorry if you rent here! Management is dishonest and unethical and will threaten to ruin your credit if challenged on their billing and accounting practices. Management is worthless when responding to repairs and safety issues. Apartment complex is dirty, smelly, mold infested (quite unhealthy and we were constantly uncharacteristically sick as a result), completely unsafe (constant sirens, gun shots, firecrackers, excons living nearby, fires, apartment robberies and home invasions, nearby murders, unsavory characters prowling the walking trails (dealing drugs, mutilating animals and putting graffiti on fences and picnic tables), inadequate and unsafe parking, no air conditioning on some units (summer heat was awful), no rent control (rent went up hundreds of dollars/mo from move in to move out date), smoking and barbeques allowed in all apartments which caused respiratory problems, no insulation (could hear everything that went on in adjoining apartments).
