Current Resident

Since the new property manager, Tena came on board, the experience here has taken a serious turn for the worse. She's rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping tenants. Her personality is about as lively as a wet paper bag—zero initiative, zero communication, and zero professionalism. Most residents have given up trying to deal with her and instead go straight to her boss, Wendy, or her assistant, Debbie—both of whom are actually responsive and respectful. If you’re considering moving here, do yourself a favor and make sure you get Wendy’s phone number early on. You’ll need it. It’s a shame that someone so unfit for the role is the face of property management here. If things don’t improve, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. ...
