First of all, price is unreasonably high considering the quality of the building, amount of space, and fact that it doesn't even have ceiling fans and even light fixtures. Had to get our own fan and source of light (lamps/ etc) for every single room. Location is great and that's it. Since moving in, we've only had negative experiences. Constant interior and exterior renovation with poor notification. They said window washing would take 4 days and to remove our balcony furniture but after 3 weeks, the window cleaner randomly shows up outside my window out of nowhere without notification. What if I was changing or in a call? Building is old so of course lots of problems; our outlet in the kitchen didn't work prior to moving in and had to submit multiple service requests to finally get it fixed, our fridge was leaking for a bit in the beginning, luckily stopped or maybe haven't noticed because there's a towel there now. They recently switched from regular key fobs to a phone app- Latch as the only key for entering the building, units, and every single door in the building. This is such an annoying feature, having to pull up the phone and go in the app in order to open the door, exiting and entering the parking garage gate, unit, and accessing every single door. The service companies they use are always so slow (slacking off) and obnoxious. It's always loud with the renovation, unprofessional staff and poor communication (we got blamed for TV noise complaint the second day we moved when we didn't even have TV) and got in an argument with the apartment. Since being blamed, I've never felt comfortable in my unit and got so sensitive about noises. Some tenants are sketchy, there's a guy with anger management issues on my floor who would scream and swear in the hall. Only been 5 months since I moved in but can't wait to get out. Makes me really miss the apartments I had lived back in Seattle. ...
