The are the slums of all ghetto slums of Federal Way. The manager is never available, the office is always locked, when in need of management assistant see Betty on Saturdays because Marie is a vicious, vindictive bitch. There are special concessions made for those of the asian persuasion due to the managers and owners ethnic background. YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!! I hope the IRS, WSDL&I, and the Federal Way Police and Fire Departments heed my letters of complaint and do a full inspection of the property, management, and owners of Brightwater apartments and Prestige Managment. SHAME ON YOU MARIE!!! I rented from fall '06 through winter '08. ...
