Overall, the Fairways is a decent place surrounded by a golf course and eye-catching pond. Despite that, there are no security cameras which increases the risk of crime-related activities going unreported. Also, the parking situation can become a problem because there are limited spots. It seems that there are more people in the units then there are parking spots. ...
