I love it here! It is like a small tropical "oasis" in the middle of downtown Tacoma. The management is very busy and courteous at all times. I am aware that the management has changed and it seems that is good for me, but I never knew Kay. Chad and his family are working hard to make this a community. My apartment has 2 baths and 9 foot ceilings. From my window I can see all of Tacoma and bay. In the courtyard they just put in a beautiful water fountain that looks like it was moved from the tropics. At night I smeel the plants blooming in the air... I would never have thought that an apartment could dazzle seeing, touching, tasting... I rented from spring '08 through summer '08. ...

The MANAGER is Terrible this complex is for White folks with NO Black friends and Black Folks with No Black Friends.....this is a KKK (The Manager is Kay) Friendly Complex. There are Spies planted through out the complex so beware they will tell Kay all Your business! I rented from winter '06 through fall '07. ...
