Any positive reviews are prior to current management. Avoid this property until Managers Chelsea and Brian are not long here. Management Issues Chelsea is unprofessional, rude and more concerned with her ambitions than the wellbeing and of the tenants. Any feedback or complaints are punished by doing the exact opposite or withholding services. She panders for compliments and asks everyone to email her boss. Brian lacks basic customer service, an understanding of law for tenants rights, landlord responsibilities and any desire to serve the tenants. We overheard him speaking to another tenant and expressed that “the tenants are causing him drama and he has too much drama in his life, he doesn’t need any more and it makes him not want to do anything for anyone.”. Other Issues: • Inquiries are ignored. • 2 bikes stolen in the “secure” garage. • TENANT’S PACKAGES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO BE DELIVERED to the property but we have to use FETCH, as the tenants expense. • The gym, hallways, walls and carpet are stained and damages and dirty, the hot tub has never worked and but money spent on renovating a common area. • The automatic door was not compliant with the ADA for months. ...
