This place is beyond terrible it is completely abysmal, apartments are pokey and claustrophobic, expect to be COOKED in summer, there is next to no parking available if you have a car, cars are constantly vandalized or damaged in the narrow street, should you be lucky enough to find a car space. I have an apartment on the top floor, since moving in I have had my laundry tampered with, people leaving bizarre items outside my door and rubbish in the halls, aerosols sprayed in elevators and outside my door, residents are beyond obnoxious; smoking drugs outside and on the roof, screaming and fighting. Have had nightly hurling and crashing of furniture and stomping of feet on the roof deck directly above my apartment, around 2am - 3am. music sometime blasting, garbage placed in the elevators by residents too lazy to take it down to the ground level. Have been accosted by people on the roof who are clearly inebriated or on drugs, people opening doors to allow their dogs to bark at residents and then shutting them. Reported all noise incidents and other recurrent issues to management many times, falls on deaf ears, they prefer to ignore issues even though they are acutely aware. Building management refused to check camera footage of incidents or even bother to investigate; preferring complacency so as not to have to do anything, not surprising as I have seen building management smoking marijuana on the roof with residents. Some residents allow their dogs to defecate anywhere they want; including the roof, and you can see feces hurled about by some dog owners; simply to lazy to dispose of it. Have had repeated incidents of large amounts of rubbish being deliberately left around the building. Honestly moving into this building for me has been like involuntarily joining a cult. People loiter about outside the entrance as they have nothing to do all day, except what I mentioned above. There are so many other apartment buildings around Roosevelt that are better priced, comfortable and that do not have these issues. trust me, IT'S NOT WORTH IT, Bonavista management is terrible and indirectly complicit in facilitating the problems through their inaction and lethargy. Apply else where and save yourself the hassle, as well as the headache... ...
