Plenty of parking but not covered? Nice little park just behind the complex. Right on the bus route to Evergreen. About a mile from the mall.

Decent, quiet place. Maintenance requests were handled courteously and in a way that accommodated my schedule. They communicated pretty well as needed. No real complaints. I rented from spring 11 through spring 11.
