Kensington Apartments is located at 1627 Belmont Avenue. The landlords are great. The maintenance is very good. It's an old building (1920's) that was renovated into studio apartments. The rooms are tiny! Mine is around 160 sq ft. The bathrooms are shared between tenants, and maintained by a professional cleaner. The studios are equipped with a "kichenette" which consists of a small/mini fridge and hot plates. The rent is $500 which includes utilities. It's a great deal. The worst part about living here is that street parking is horrid. I rented from fall '07 through fall '08. ...
