If she decides she doesn't like you personally for whatever reason she will make your life hell, harass you, and manipulate tenants near you into harassing you. I understand that this is a random review from a random person, but I'm warning anyone that she is 1000X worse than any manager I've ever seen, and I've been around because I'm in my 50s. Also Google reviews had a bunch of negative reviews about how she enters people's units without notice to show it after notice has been given that a tenant will be moving.
