Overall, I enjoyed my time at Northpoint Apartments. There are many great amenities including a weights room, cardio room, dance studio, hot tubs and firepits, to name a few. I was able to meet lots of awesome people and the apartments had lots of great hangout spaces to be with friends. My only issue was with clean checks-- clean checks are required by the university and we will be charged a small fee for missing a check. However, Northpoint did charge me a fee for not submitting a clean check when our whole apartment was out of town over break. Management did nothing to fix this even though we explained the situation of none of us being in the apartment because it was Thanksgiving. So.... kind of annoying but the rest of my experience was good. ...

In the semester that I have lived at Northpoint, things have gone as well as they could have. It's been a great environment to focus on schooling but it also allows you to pursue a healthy social life along with your education. It's convenient, well-maintained and the pricing is great. I will stay here for as long as I can. ...

I love how huge the complex is. It gives you a chance to meet other people either in the amendies building or just walking up the stairs. The complex is kept very cleaning and I feel safe all the time. The amendies building is awesome. There is a game room and movie theatre and gym. So many things to do on complex property that you don't have to leave the property to have fun. ...

Very social atmosphere, huge apartments and great amenities. A private gym for the entire complex and private study and music rooms throughout the building make studying closer to home much more possible.

They're very nice apartments and there are a lot of nice people around. There are also a lot of amenities that are fun to use! The only complaint I have is the noise at night sometimes with people out in the courtyard.

Northpoint is a great place to live off campus at BYU Idaho. It is close to campus and has great amenities. Apartments are nice and roomy. My one complaint is that the parking garage is not attached to the women's housing.
