Current Resident

This has been the most terrible rental experience of my life. I hope this review helps prevent anyone reading it from going through what I have. The management is TERRIBLE. I have been hung up on, doors slammed in my face, and treated awfully. I do not recommend ...

Started as a great place to live near the beginning of 2020. About 10 months in, new owners brought a new management company and it's been a downhill slide since. Management is rarely on-site, despite posted hours. Response is slow, defensive, and contradictory from one conversation to the next. Was without a kitchen sink for two weeks due to a leak, only for maintenance to show up once the business downstairs started getting water damage in one of their offices. Garbage often piles up, especially over the holidays, and carpet stains are everywhere. A persistent leak in the elevators has water pouring in every few months, while management assures us 'the pumps are doing their job'. Security is non-existent. My last lease renewal got extended because no one responded until the day my lease expired. A year later, my rent is going up over 20%. Can't stress enough how it's not worth the cost/headaches, which is a shame as it was a really nice place a few years back. ...

Unsafe , unclean building with irresponsible and unresponsive management . There was two big robbery in the Sk and management did not care about that and they did not change their security and safety policy to protect the resident .
