These apartments are way overpriced and the management is dishonest. They charged me for repairs for damage I didn't do, but normal wear and tear. For instance, they said that I needed to pay to "resurface" the bathtub when all I ever did was take baths. I even used gentle cleanser when I cleaned it. They are ripoff artists. And even though I lived alone, my water/sewage/garbage bill was about $45 a month because it wasn't metered. So I paid the same amount as the tenants across the hall who lived 5 to an apartment. People did not put their garbage inside the dumpsters, but would pile it up outside making it nearly impossible to get to the EMPTY dumpsters. Bunch of slobs. There was a noise problem too with Karaoke at the restaurant/bar playing till 2 AM and then the dry cleaner started work at 7 AM so there was only 5 hours of quiet each night. I rented from fall '00 through spring '05. ...
