The manager is lazy and rude. My rent went from $610 to (If I were to renew my lease which I would NEVER do) $800. That is a huge increase. The walls are thin and it is costing me a small fortune to try to keep it at 65 (I even use the fireplace!), and you can hear your neighbors activities. ALL of their activities. I rarely talked to the neighbors, most speak Russian or Spanish. The apartments is mostly low income and I have had my first car stolen, and my new one was broken into 5 times. I would NEVER recomend anyone to live here. I rented from spring '05 through spring '07. ...
