Terrible management, Charlie is the manager and she will not talk to you no matter what, she will only communicate through her incompetent leasing and front desk agents. I guess if she is incompetent so are her subordinates too. There is just too much to list that is wrong about this place. Police activity every night due to various noise and domestic issues, call the Auburn police department yourself and find out. No assigned parking for tenants and not enough residential parking spots by the buildings, but the pizza delivery guy gets his own assigned parking spot, nice. Don't be fooled by the friendly smiles, it will change to a mean frown after you sign the lease. Very noisy place due to large number of foreign college students partying all night and are not respectful of others. Do your research before you move in. Renter Beware.
