well ive been here now for about 1 year the onsite staff was great and pleasant, parking can sometimes be a problem but i think that is anywhere you go. my apartment was nice and spacious and very well maintained when i moved in. they always seem to have some kind of resident function going on but i have yet been able to make it but heard they are really fun. i would say that this is a nice apartment to live in I rented from winter '06 through spring '08. ...

This place is kind of a dump. Too many people have pets and there's a smell associated with it. It's one-half step above a trailer park. The police are often here. Lots of mentally ill and drug-addicted folks live in Heritage Park. One good thing about all this: utilities are included. I rented from fall '05 through winter '07. ...
