Mold problems. Outdated. Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor breathe. Can't wait for the lease to run out. DO NOT LIVE ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR. EVERY STEP SOUNDS LIKE KING KONG! I rented from summer '05 through fall '06.
