This place is in one of the worst neighborhoods in Tacoma. I briefly lived there before moving. It is almost as bad as the Drake. Not only are the apartments shoddy, the neighbors are even worse. There have been 4 reported shootings in the last year. I rented from spring '07 through fall '07. ...
