Current Resident

The leasing manager is super nice, and their maintainence crew is willing to help with whatever you need (they'll even bring your packages to your door for you!). The safety of the building itself is super secure, as fairly secure as a neighborhood given that its a block south of SU (but it's still downtown Seattle). The rooms are a reasonable price and I personally find it nicer than your average apartment. It's mostly college students, but it's not noisy (other than occasional street noise). ...
