Property Managers are ok if you happen to be late with rent as long as you tell them when you can pay and keep your word. They allow BBQ grills which is cool. Some tenants have several vehicles and make parking difficult. The thing to watch out for is bed bugs. They've had a few infestations and while I lived there my unit had an infestation that was there before I moved in and ruined a brand new bed I bought. The management did not take responsibility or replace my bed. They just had the unit sprayed every 2 weeks for 2 months. I'm glad I moved out. I rented from summer 10 through summer 11. ...
