It's alright. While it's not the cheapest place to live, requiring you to pay for your own electrical, it does come with water. Internet is also an issue, but that's less with The Meadows, and more with internet providers in Ellensburg. Overall, it's just alright. ...

The Meadows is a rather quiet pleasant place which allows you to keep animals if you have any. It is right next to the track and field and the football stadium so campus is merely a 5 minute walk away. The apartments have carpet and a hard floor in the kitchen. I did have a problem with the oven as some sort of old food left over from the last resident caused there to be a lot of smoke and for the smoke alarm to go off. It was also very poorly cleaned and painted before I moved in as some paint blotches were on the doors and the floor was sticky and gross. Other than that it is a very nice apartment which is spacious and rather quiet. ...
