West Edge is the best option for off-campus apartment living that is close to UCCS. As someone who visited and toured almost all of the other options around UCCS, West Edge is by far the best looking and for a very cheap price compared to other apartments in the area. The staff is typically great despite them being a little slow some times and the maintenance has not been able to respond to any non-emergency work orders because of COVID.
