Current Resident

This is a quiet park like setting campus community, with discounts toward rent for college students. Other than tight parking spaces and sometimes the recycle is full, this is a great place to live! Each apartment has a designated play to study.

Decent place, close to both a bus stop and trail that go to UW. Adjacent to a large, lake-side park. Decent apartments for a college student, but there are better options available throughout Seattle. Quite expensive for the size of the units and location. ...

The walls are paper thin and the rent is astronomical. Yes, you have your dishwasher and laundry in your apartment with easy bus access to school, but you pay more than people who own a house do for it. I rented from fall '06 through fall '07.
