This apartment charges WAY too much for no amenities. They have a washer and dryer in the unit which is nice, but no pool, no fitness room. Nothing. And they charge extra for parking. There are only 3 guest spaces and half of the spaces aren't even rented by other tenants. Next to a highschool baseball field, so you get a lot of noise from that. Landlords are very responsive when there is a problem, or something isnt working. Parking lot is well lit. Dumpsters are overflowing half the time. I rented from spring '06 through winter '07. ...
