careful with security deposit. they will take it from you and say that its fully refundable. thats what we were told. we got charged $125 for carpet cleaning, $247 for paint touch up, and 211, for apartment cleaning. the manager beth told us thats its fully refundable only if we live there for 18 months, after we moved out. after some extensive arguing we got a good portion of our money back. be careful and take pictures when you move out. I rented from spring '08 through summer '08. ...
