AWFUL, TERRIBLE, NOT WORTH IT!!! The owners are off site, unresponsive, rude, and just plain incompetent. The Manager on site is shady and flippant. The walls are paper thin, You can hear everything (a cough, conversation, sex, fights, even just people walking, this is for both upstairs and downstairs.) Oh yeah, this is with the manager living next to me. When asked to keep it down he response was something about living in a beehive. Many homeless people pass by to sleep under the adjacent bridge, but as they leave, the manager invites them to hang out next to the building and have a smoke outside the bedroom windows.
