The Mission Inn Apartment is month-to-month lease. Landlord increases rent quite often and is VERY money hungry. Management of this building is incompetent and quite rude. Joann and Gary Hueth do not know how to run a building....Granada & Mission Inn apartments not properly maintained - building is not safe. I rented from winter '04 through winter '05. ...
