Roaches meet you at the door in 619 Its so embarrassing if you have a tenant with infestation problems. I thought you should get to the bottom of it. I spray twice a week in the hallway to keep them out of my apartment. The hallways smell. Pitbulls in every other apartment. I know none of the tenants have them on their leases. Wow the Rats are crazy. I have never seen them so big until I moved here.We really need a new company who cares. ...

I moved in a month ago. Because I liked the look of the apartments, it seemed well kept up, and quiet. Until I actually applied it seemed like forever I had to keep contacting the rental office for information to see if I was approved. Finally got an answer. Moved in now to see rats big as a cat scared the hell out of me. And to hear that the gym is never open or pool but charges over $1000.00 for rent and the parking is ridiculous. Ripoff...There are more people saying that they want to move out because the rent office is a ripoff. $1050.00 for rent leaking Ac unit, dirty carpet, a hole in my vent to collect dust from the dryer. One only knows what patched up work they did to get a tenant. I was fooled. Not to mention I saw the apartment the day before I moved in. No one from the office toured me around the complex. So unprofessional and lazy. Breed Restrictions there arent any rules there are more pitbulls in this community. One lady has a dog that's part wolf. That's not safe for me and my dog. The only good thing is my building is pretty quiet and the large balcony. The money that I am paying I should of had new everything. I got a brand new bathroom sink that's it. ...

i'm sure there are worse places to be. when i moved in 5 years ago (omg!) it was nice. the apt itself is nice except for the ROACHES which only appeared about 2 years ago, probably about the time they stopped cleaning the common areas, like hallways. its gross. they never clean them anymore. they began sneaking in other fees too, so now we pay for water, sewage and trash, which adds about $50 onto your monthly bill. there is no parking unless you live in the back near the pool. maintenance is pretty good, but the management tries to do things on the cheap. neighbors are not great and this is a high crime area. your car will probably get broken into at some point. esp. if you have an suv. I rented from spring '04 through fall '09. ...
