The Maintenance guys are great when they finally come. However, they are slow to come for a single issue. I'm talking weeks for a repair that takes 5 minutes to fix. Not the fault of the actual maintenance personnel, but more of the office. Some of the Office staff have very nonchalant tones when talking to them, and they aren't very helpful. ...

I have had a great experience at Harpers Square. The apartment is in Virginia Beach. The neighborhood is maintained very well. Sometimes the washer machines have issue but beside that. I do not have any complaints. Only good things to say.
