I lived here for a year and a half and we just had issue after issue with the apartment building and with the staff. From right after we moved in our roof started leaking. We told maintenance about it and they told me that there wasn't any issue and that I was making it up. Not but two weeks later it happened again and they came out and "fixed" the problem. Then a hurricane came through and flooded not only the bathroom but some of our bedroom as well. It took a year and a half for them to actually fix the roof right! Now that we no longer live there they charged us an extra months rent and we have yet to receive that money back even though we have been promised that we would have it 2 weeks ago. The new management company and new staff are awful and rude. They are not customer oriented at all. I wouldn't tell anyone to live here. I rented from spring 10 through winter 11. ...

Check the crime report and the fine print in your lease before you're suckered in to this section 8 level complex. I couldn't wait to leave! I rented from fall '07 through fall '08.

If you're smart, you'll pass on this place.High rent High crime, High bugs,High noise, Low Satisfaction. Management is a joke- making stupid decisions while being insensitive to the majority of the tenants(locking trash rooms for sake of 2 dumpster, etc). The parking lot is a crime zone nightly, yet no security guard, yet they maintain a palatial office and clubhouse to try to woo you into signing a lease.If you are naive enough to rent here, read the fine print. DO NOT RENT HERE!! Be prepared for roaches, ants, spiders, mold, floods, armed robberies (1 as of last week, 3 since I've lived here), cars getting broken into (5 last week). You'll also never find a parking spot if you come home after 7pm and will have to walk across the dimly lit parking lot to your building. They are also auctioning off condos on the property so the whole place might not last much longer. The lease is also like 50 pages and be prepared to read every inch of it before you sign!
