This place is the most disgusting, horrible place I've ever lived at. Since the landlord doesn’t care about this place, it’s getting worse and worse every day. The assistant manager, Brandy is wretched. If you want to end up on a psychiatric ward, it is the place for you. Brandy is rudest woman in planet. She would never listen to the tenants’ genuine concerns. If you ever want to report an issue with these nearly 50 year old torn apart apartments, she is your worse enemy and would do everything possible to make your living miserable. If you can spend an hour trying to explain your concerns with good reasoning to the management, you may get lucky with Randy, but impossible with Brandy. Oh yea, not to mention, everyone gets weekly letters threatening evacuation or them calling cops on residents for little issues like if they find out who dumped trash on the dumpster which often falls down because the truck doesn’t come to pick up the trash for weeks. When someone breaks-in to the cars to steal something, management gets so excited and immediately sends letters to everything saying this is the punishment for leaving the valuable stuff in their cars. If you have guests in with temporary visitor passes which you have to obtain prior to their each visit to park in the limited visitor parking, don’t be surprised, if the managements get the car towed or have them ticketed because the guest’s car didn’t have Loudoun country decal on it. Don’t be fooled by the 5.0 reviews here. Not a single person would ever rate it as 5.0. The management goes online from time to time to rate it 5.0 to attract new customers as it’s getting empty and emptier. If you still want to come to this GETTO place to deal with this ignorant management, come some day when office is closed and ask some resident living here about this place.
